Aguayo Headed For Chicago

It didn't take long for Roberto Aguayo to find a new team.

The second-year kicker from Florida State, waived by the Buccaneers after Friday's preseason-opening loss to the Cincinnati Bengals, was claimed off waivers by the Chicago Bears.

Aguayo, who Tampa Bay drafted in the second round of the 2016 draft, was let go by the team after missing an extra point and a field goal Friday at Paul Brown Stadium, while the other kicker in competition, Nick Folk, was perfect in the game.

Aguayo joins another former Bucs kicker in Connor Barth to see who will be the kicker in Chicago.  Ironically, if Aguayo does make the team, he would be present at Raymond James Stadium for the Buccaneers' home opener, as the Bears come to Tampa Week 2.
