According to a report by FOX Sports Jay Glazer, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have hired Jason Licht as the team's new General Manager replacing the recently fired Mark Dominik.  The report has not been confirmed by the organization.

Licht has been on staff with one Super Bowl Champion (New England in 2001), two NFC Championship teams (Philadelphia in 2004, Arizona in 2008), and 2 AFC Championship teams (New England in 2001 and 2011).  Licht's most recent stint was as Vice President Of Player Personnel with the Arizona Cardinals.
