According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are one of two teams who could potentially have some level of interest in free agent quarterback Michael Vick.

The 33-year old quarterback is has said he's ready to test the free agency waters following the rise of Nick Foles in Philadelphia.  Vick believes he can still be a starting quarterback in the NFL as he heads into free agency for only the second time in his NFL career.

Vick finished 2013 with 1,215 passing yards for 5 touchdowns and a 86.4 QB rating.
