Rays starter David Price left Wednesday's game with the Boston Red Sox in the third inning with what was being called tightness in his left tricep.

Price had allowed two runs on a walk and two hits in the inning before manager Joe Maddon and head athletic trainer Ron Porterfield came out to examine him.  Reliever Jamey Wright then allowed both runner he inherited from Price to score as well.
