The Tampa Bay Rays announced that four players will be joining or rejoining the team when the active rosters expand from 25 to 40 on Monday.

Outfielder David DeJesus, who is returning from a broken bone in his hand, will be activated from the 15-day disabled list. The team is also going to recall reliever Brandon Gomes from Triple-A Durham and catcher Curt Casali from single-A Charlotte, and reliever Steve Geltz will be selected to the roster from Durham.

DeJesus has been on the disabled list since June 19th when he sustained an avulsion fracture in his left hand on a check swing.  In 62 games this year, he is hitting .269 / .367 / .440 with five home runs and 17 RBI.

Casali played in 23 games filling in for Ryan Hanigan, hitting .169 / .246 / .203 with two runs driven in.

Gomes has appeared in 21 games for Tampa Bay this year, and is 2-2 with a 4.50 earned run average in 24 innings.

Geltz has spent all season with the Bulls, going 3-3 with a 2.38 earned run average in 29 games.  He appeared in two games with the Los Angeles Angels in 2012.
