The Tampa Bay Buccaneers get set to kickoff training camp on Friday and new GM Jason Licht was in the 620 WDAE Performance Theater to talk about the team he and Lovie have put together for the 2014 season.

Big Dog and Licht spent a full hour on a wide variety of topics including what the team hopes to get out of the running back position this year. Licht said if the team had to carry five running backs this year they would. He added that Jeff Demps could be someone to watch now that he is "fully committed" to the game of football.

When Licht was asked about what a successful season would entail. and he was adamant that unless the team makes the playoffs you cannot consider the season a success.
