You can tell it's the fourth week of the preseason when you begin to see stories about player polls.  This week ESPN released its players poll in which they asked the question "who would you least like to play for?".

Of the 82 players who answered, the Oakland Raiders ranked as the top team that no one wants to play for.

11 Consecutive non winning seasons and six different head coaches since 2004 doesn't help when it comes to players opinions of an organization.

Following the Raiders 23 percent of respondents is the Buffalo Bills (19 percent), Cleveland Browns (16 percent), Jacksonville Jaguars (9 percent) and Green Bay Packers (6 percent).

Buccaneers fans may remember the last time the Raiders made the postseason.
