Tampa Bay Rays TV Analyst Doug Waechter joined Pat Donovan on Monday morning ahead of the Rays series against the New York Yankees. Waechter was asked about the lackluster level of play by the Rays following the all star break, but the former Rays pitcher sees things a little differently. Waechter says he expects a young and energetic roster to do well in the second half of the baseball season.
