In the final practice before the Bucs head up to Tennessee to take on the Titans, first in two joint practices and then in the game on Saturday, the Buccaneers were without one of their star young cornerbacks.
Davis was not practicing on Tuesday, but head coach Dirk Koetter said that all of the cornerbacks (including Vernon Hargreaves) do not have injuries that will go into the regular season, so that must mean that whatever kept Davis on the sidelines on Tuesday isn’t serious.
We’ll see if Davis suits up in the practice to follow before the next game.
