Those under the assumption that DeSean Jackson being signed means the Bucs won't take speedy Washington WR John Ross in the first round... wrong. As revealed (here) by Pewter Report's Scott Reynolds, there's actually a big connection between the two, and Jackson is basically endorsing a Draft Pick of Ross.
