When it came time to finally cover up the atrocity I've had on my arm for almost 20 years, I went to a couple of friends who have a bunch of them and asked where I should go in Tampa for a great cover up. One name came up several times from several people, and it was Skip Sampson from 1603 Tattoos in Ybor City. After the recommendations and looking at some of Skip's work I went in with high expectations, and he blew them out of the water.
