According to ESPN's NFL Insider Adam Schefter, there have been a high volume of current free agent football players that have reached out to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers about signing to play with Tom Brady during his reign in Tampa Bay.
Brady is on the verge of signing his contract with the Buccaneers, but due to challenges surfacing with the COVID-19 pandemic the process is taking longer than in a normal setting. The challenges include who performs the physical that must be required with a new free agency signing as well as actually getting ink to paper on the contract itself. However, today ESPN NFL insider Jeff Darlington is reporting that Brady will be getting a physical in New York which should follow with an official announcement from Brady himself before the Buccaneers.
